Donggun Lee is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at North Carolina State University. He received his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to joining NC State, he was a Postdoctoral Associate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
His research interests lie in control theory, reinforcement learning and their applications to robotics. His group focuses on developing numerically efficient, effective and safe algorithms for dynamic, complex and high-dimensional systems that ensure robust and reliable performance under various types of uncertainties.
