Information Technology (IT)

MAE is now partnered with the ITECS Service Desk team for all out IT needs. By submitting your request to eoshelp@ncsu.edu you are submitting a ticket to ITECS team members partnered with MAE. Mike and Bailey will be automatically copied on these tickets and will be able to determine who needs to assist with your ticket. Please do not email Mike and Bailey directly or copy them on the email. This will only lead to duplications in the task list.

For all MAE IT hardware and software service and customer service requests please include the following.

  1. Name of the computer or computers that are needing attention or software. 
  2. Room Number the computer or issue is located in.
  3. Please include an account number to charge to when requesting a computer or other equipment orders.
  4. Please email requests eoshelp@ncsu.edu. 

For IT Purchase Requests submit the IT Purchase Form. This form is meant for faculty and staff to order IT equipment and should not be used for other purchase requests.
