Information Technology (IT)

For all MAE IT hardware and software requests please include the following.

  1. Name of the computer or computers that are needing attention or software. 
  2. Room Number the computer or issue is located in.
  3. Please include an account number to charge to when requesting a computer or other equipment orders.
  4. Please email requests eoshelp@ncsu.edu. 

MAE is now partnered with the ITECS Service Desk team for all out IT needs. By submitting your request to eoshelp@ncsu.edu you are submitting a ticket to ITECS team members partnered with MAE. Lance is automatically copied on these tickets and will also be able to assist through December 2024. Please do not email Lance directly or copy him on the email. This will only lead to duplications in his task list.
